On November 7, fans of Kamal Haasan have planned a series of welfare actiovities across the State to celebrate the birthday of the actor.
In a press release, Thangavelu, STate in-charge of Kamal Haasan Narpani Iyakkam, said, ' Kamal Haasan had always instructed us to help the poor and down-trodden on every occasion'.
'We thought it would be quite appropriate to hold mega events like bood donation and organ donation camps, distribution of note books and school uniforms to students, sarees and dhotis to senior citizens and orphans etec'.
At every district, the Narpani Iyakkam will hold similar events to ensure that we celebrate the birthday of Kamal sir with a meaning and purpose'.
